well...it seems a storm took out my ethernet ports on my HTPC, will be a bit for me to get the Motherboard RMA'd, and I had just collected the data. I was surprised at how quickly I was able to figure out TSReader and get the recording...the other tools didn't like me Smile.

Will see about connecting the disk to my other PC and upload. I was going to use mediafire to host my two test files (after three failures which included those two channels, twice for one and once for the other.

@steeb, this issue is not UK only...I am on the East Coast of the USA and my QAM digital mapping is having the issue. Just wanted to put your mind at ease.

Dont bump it unless you have some something useful to add (like download URL or new observations etc).

OK well Sub told me off Wink

Difficult Sub because alot of us are experiencieng the same problem.

Scanning with DVB and v 1.2.13. It locks, it crashes and burns. Would you prefer I don't say this?

Until someone gives me access to an FTP or Web server I can't show you the problem.

I Bumped because you asked me to do exactly that 2 days ago but yes can't give you more at the moment so mouth shut.

I believe me solution in an earlier post on this thread http://forums.gbpvr.com/showpost.php?p=2...stcount=25 would allow you to scan in 1.2.13

Hi Martin,

thanks for that. Thing is I don't have dev machine, so anything I do always has immediate impact on my PVR. I personally am very happy with PVRX2 1.2.9 on my server I just like to play with the boundaries and that of course is v 1.2.13. I just don't have the playtime for patches etc etc and a whole rescan of 2 DVB-S Channels on 2 DVB-S Cards all the time.

But thank you

Cheers

No I dont mind you saying this, and I dont mind people making real posts in this thread.

I just dont want you to keep bumping the thread every couple of hours if your post consists of nothing more than asking yet again for someone to provide you some ftp space. You've alread asked this. If no one replies to offer you ftp space, then you'll probably need to use one of the free file upload services.

Dont take my comments the wrong way, it wasnt meant to come across harshly. I'm not mad at you or anything - I'm just not not a fan of people bumping threads after just a couple of hours. I prefer they at least give it a decent amount of time before resorting to a thread bump (a couple of days or so).
