JavaWiz, new version now handles &. However, seems to be some problems with &quoute;

Code:
Reference to undeclared entity 'quote'

Thanks anyway for an excellent tool.

Sorry, typo, try this version of WizUiHelper.DLL. Copy to plugins/common.

No, the problem remains. Followed your instructions and copied the attached file, but the logs still shows problems with "e;

The file on your hd is bad, so it will get the error on startup.
 • Restart program
 • Re-retrieve meta info for file in question
 • Stop program
 • Restart
The error should now go away since the .xml file has been updated with the correct codes.

Yup, that fixed it. Thanks,

I got this when clicking "Alternate Hits" for one of the kid's movies, Tinkerbell:

************** Exception Text **************
System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: InvalidArgument=Value of '20' is not valid for 'index'.
Parameter name: index
at System.Windows.Forms.ListBox.ObjectCollection.get_Item(Int32 index)
at WizMetadataGrabber.frmAlternates.frmAlternates_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e)
at System.Windows.Forms.Form.OnLoad(EventArgs e)
at System.Windows.Forms.Form.OnCreateControl()
at System.Windows.Forms.Control.CreateControl(Boolean fIgnoreVisible)
at System.Windows.Forms.Control.CreateControl()
at System.Windows.Forms.Control.WmShowWindow(Message& m)

at System.Windows.Forms.ScrollableControl.WndProc(Message& m)
at System.Windows.Forms.ContainerControl.WndProc(Message& m)
at System.Windows.Forms.Form.WmShowWindow(Message& m)
at System.Windows.Forms.Form.WndProc(Message& m)

at System.Windows.Forms.Control.ControlNativeWindow.WndProc(Message& m)
at System.Windows.Forms.NativeWindow.Callback(IntPtr hWnd, Int32 msg, IntPtr wparam, IntPtr lparam)

It also doesn't appear to be honor the selections to replace existing metadata and art.

Wanted to say that I like your improvements. I did quite a few movies with the version previous. Kind of manual, but then we knew considering that my filenames were kinda awkward.

I'm using the latest now, with updated dll...

One smal thing... I have some saved searches in the drop down, and when I select it, it doesn't auto populate like when I select with the browser..

Good job

Now if only I dig through the threads regarding the new slick skin and why clipart isn't changing, when I select different items...

Also, this might be me not understanding the xml/jpg implementation but

Shouldn't the xml reflect a relative path to the clipart, so that if the clipart is in the same directory, no path is required?

Wouldn't it be best to download the clipart and then rename it to the same name as the actual video file?

And I don't know if this is happening already, but are you updating the files' inherent metadata?

I'm thinking if it uses relative paths and identical filenames, then the avi,xml,jpg are completely portable

I had an error during install: wizuihelper.dll access denied error.

Subsequently, it doesn't work right after install. Any ideas?
