Has anyone fixed the "slow remote" issue?

I'm not really sure why that would be. Maybe there is some binary incompatibility between that version and some of your other files. I've attached a matching set of files.

I've copied the binaries across, except NTray.exe which I'm having trouble with, & theres no change

Same for me Sub and yes srashing at startup

Sorry, I'm at a loss to explain that. I've got no idea why it's crashing. All I added was two logging messages, and they're not called until you press a key.

It wasnt supposed to fix anything - all it added was logging. Good to hear yours is not crashing.

What I meant to say is I copied the binaries across to the nPVR folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\nPVR and it didn't crash, but still slow/laggy

Was that test showing the remote problem, or did you use the keyboard? That log looks like it was receiving keystrokes quickly, and handling them quickly. Here is responding to a dozen or so keypresses in half a second.

No, this was using the remote.
Using the binaries you posted;-
I've rebooted, used the kb to start nPVR, then used the mouse to navigate to Videos\Test. Used the Hauppauge rc to scroll for 5 secs
