Thanks if it downloads the mp4 I am curious roughly how long it takes (from logs).

If you have name sort order in vod could you turn that off and try again?

I believe it is on. Record again or just try running NextTool afterwards?

Just change config.xml for the test via the browser no restart needed

That appears to have been it. I can tell it has found the title in VOD this time just from the output and is continuing to run. I will get you the log after it completes.

Ok the main thing is to test is Kodi seeking. You might get a description added to.
Martin
Kodi does show the updated metadata (description, year)
Seeking is still not available however. Duration still shows <duration>00:00</duration> MP4 downloaded, a bit smaller in size than the TS file actually. 2025-03-22 21:45:43.348 [DEBUG][1] Download /media/recordings/movietitle/movietitle.mp4 started 2025-03-22 22:36:21.515 [DEBUG][10] Download ended

Wow that's slow downloading I guess I will make the download optional I guess that's only 2-3 x speed. My testing from another site was about 60x. Odd that the duration isn't changed, I'll update this with the raw SQL and see what your other vod show ow with extra logging.
The ts container might be less efficient but it shows a remux not transcoding. Thanks Martin. |
