Do you itemize? I do and was told I should wait til the end of February cuz there is some benefit that hasnt been published yet, something about $500 bucks or something.

Yes we do, thanks for the heads up. That explains why Tax Cut won't let me submit until 2/14 Smile

I finally got around to trying your program. It looks great, played around with it at first using the queue only mode. Now I've decided to build the database, so I put the original movieinfo.ntf and movieinfo_blank.ntf files back, and ran the database updater. I've tried twice so far, each time starting with a blank database, and both times it stops responding while downloading the same movie, 44/11030, "Ghost and the Darkness, The" (at least it has the decency to crash at #44 instead of #11029!)

The log doesn't show much of interest:
Code:

DownloadSGID(2197, True), Myint=54, PageCount=54
DownloadSGID(387, True), Myint=23, PageCount=23
Lines in Parsed File: 11030

I've attached the screen as it looks when it crashes. There's no error message, just the usual "stopped responding" dialog from windows.

Something it doesn't like in that movie record?

edit: forgot to mention, this is the latest version 2.6.2.0 I just got from the sagetv forum tonight.

Hey Johnson,

I have a couple of questions for you:

1) Were there any error logs, or just the databasebuild one? Have you checked for non-jpeg files in the movieinfo folder?
2) What version of Windows are you using?
3) What version of the database builder are you using?
4) How long have you let it sit on the movie before cancelling?

1) I don't see any other log file. The only non-jpeg files in the movieinfo folder are "ParsedHttp.tmp" and "temp.html" which appear to have been created during the database build.
2) windows 7 pro, 32-bit
3) it claims to be 2.6.2.0 - 1/19/2011, 11:52pm
4) the whole time I've been typing this... the windows pop-up is attached. my experience is that once that box comes up, nothing else will ever happen

I just now tried the database build on a different computer with the same result. both are running the same OS (the first one was my NPVR box, the second is the desktop I'm typing this from).

I just checked and mine did the same. I think Netflix must have changed theri site again. I'll check it out shortly.
