Volksman,
If the post above doesn’t cover your question, start a thread in the skin & plugin support forum with a detailed description of the problem .
If you only have one capture source.
What your describing sounds like a lineup discrepancy that should be reported to Zap2It.
Or you’re using a selector to manually choose between two different antenna sources.

There may be a special case workaround, but a different thread dedicated to the question would be better for everyone.

Will do! It is a discrepancy with Labs between the east part of canada and the west. But apparently it has been reported and they haven't changed it. The zap2it plugin merges the two automatically so I don't need to worry about it. I have a feeling this is something you will need to change in your code as Labs is not very responsive to lineup changes (from what I have heard).

Sorry, I wont be changing my code to fix a handful of Zap2It lineup discrepancies.... Big Grin
But it is almost like they have abandoned their own site, very strange?
I have however uploaded a Multi-Listing package in post #60 that you could try.

You can also try adding the line below. It will combine the first two listings into one TVGuide.xml. IF you do not have duplicate channel numbers configured in your lineups.

Code:
:end
REM *** If you need to add commands to UpdateEPG.bat, do it below this line ***
[color=Red]%XMLTV_Prog% tv_cat %I-xmltv_DIR%Lineup1\TVGuide.xml %I-xmltv_DIR%Lineup2\TVGuide.xml >%I-xmltv_DIR%%GBPVROutput%[/color]
REM ***Do not add commands below this line***

Combining lineups with tv_cat is completely unsupported. Wink

Edit C:\I-xmltv\UpdateEPG.bat , set the number of days you prefer, and your time zone offset. The last step is to move C:\I-xmltv\UpdateEPG.bat to your GBPVR folder.

I just might not understand how this works, but once I move UpdateEPG.bat to my gbpvr folder, what is supposed to invoke it? I would assume that I need to call it from PostUpdateEPG.bat right? Or is there some magic within gbpvr itself which will call it???

UpdateEPG.bat does everything that I-xmltv needs.
GBPVR calls UpdateEPG.bat before it updates the EPG, no other batch files are needed.

PostUpdateEPG.bat is called by GBPVR after the EPG is updated, it is not used by I-xmltv.

You're very welcome Spartan. Smile

tipstir Wrote:Hey Jim, I must have over look this post. After reading it from the start. Boy this sounds good on the screen. Can this be use with more than one tuner card or just the one? But I guess it can..

Hi tipstir.
Glad you found the thread!
Yes, just configure each of your tuners to use the single “TVGuide.xml” I-xmltv creates.
Let me know if you run into any problems using it with multiple tuners.

If you use more than one lineup with your tuners, like antenna and cable.
The multiple-lineup-addon will create several numbered “Lineup” folders, each containing a different lineup. But it's slower than the single lineup version because it reprocess the same Zap2It download several times, to extract the different lineups.

This product looks good so far but I found one issue with some recordings I have. I have a 3 tuners setup but only use one line-up. Currently my issue is for example if I want to set up a season recording for a show called "The Ultimate Fighter*". So I go into the tv guide and find the show then click record and change it to record season and then hit record. I then notice it will not turn red in my tv guide nor will it show up in the pending list. Now if I go back and just click quick record it will record and show up show up in my pending list. So all lot of shows do this for me since I only want to record only the new listing with "*". Well after a few days I notices show were not showing up in pending state. So today I switched back to zap2it to see if it was a I-xmltv issue or not. All shows showed up but of course they did not have the "*" so it would be record re-runs which I do not want. So then I reloaded the I-xmltv from scratch with the latest version made sure all tuners used Xmltv and I am in the same spot. I sat here for a bit and then I came up with an idea well let me try it with the same show but just try to record a season of just re-runs the show with out the "*" and wouldn't you know it all of these shows showed up as pending. so I am a little lost on what to do. Do you have any ideas or troubleshooting things I should look at Jim?
