Give this one a go it appears to work for mc2xml generated files -I also might suggest you get rid of the majority of your duplicate (HD vs Std) and music channels in the guide, it is 55M! I thought mine was big at 15M :0)

I can't seem to decompress this file. I tried the built-in compression tool in Windows 7 x64 qnd the most recent version of 7-zip. 7-zip says it is an unsupported compression method. Any ideas how to decompress this or could you re-upload?

That one worked, but it didn't include the sqlite.dll file. was that the same version as previously?

Edit:

I went ahead and tried to use one of the dll files from a previous version you posted and it worked well. One interesting thing was that the file output by guideplus was actually 40% smaller than the input. Any ideas why? Also, I have already reduced the list of channels included in the data. I believe the new Microsoft server must just include massive amounts of information for each show. That is sort of one of its selling points. I just didn't expect that much difference.

Also, is there way to tell it not to change The Simpsons to Simpsons, The?

The file is reduced because NPVR does not use all the xml fields so I don't bother to re-write that info. It should already move a, an and the to the end there is no switch controlling it. I will take a look and see if it is turned off in the code for some reason.

I didn't describe the issue with The Simpsons right. Guideplus is moving The to the end, but I don't want it to unless I have to. I already have my recurring recordings set up with The at the front. I can recreate them if necessary, but I'd really rather not unless absolutely necessary.

Gotcha - try this with the arg - moveCommonStarts=false. The sql dll has not changed.

That seems to have fixed that issue. I am still getting the following messages and the Mdata=NO argument seems to no longer be recognized:

Warning meta data file L:\vids\Leverage\Leverage.S02E11.The Bottle Job.xml for metadata transfer already exists skipping.

I will release a version where it works again - but no worries its not over-writing just a warning
