DOH!!! Now I'm just plain embarrassed :o:o:o. For some reason I called it "backdrop"...sorry...carry on, nothing here to see...everything's good now.

Big Grin Thanks. I have been considering opening my own website with a forum and asking for donations, maybe $4.99 or something. Just enough to pay for the website hosting. Thoughts?

The new version 2.8.0.0 can filter out rated movies. In the options menu, the "Download Rated Movies" has been changed to "Show Rated Movies." So if you want to filter out rated movies all you have to do is ctrl-O, uncheck that option, and hit OK.

I am getting the following errors when trying to run database build for the first time:
Code:
URL: http://movies.netflix.com/WiGenre?sgid=296&vt=tg&ftr=false
Repeat: 9
ERROR: Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))
URL: http://movies.netflix.com/WiGenre?sgid=296&vt=tg&ftr=false
Repeat: 10
ERROR: Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))

When I paste this URL in IE, it loads fine. Any ideas?

Usually the access is denied error is because you don't have a cookie setup for netflix. When you go to http://www.netflix.com it doesn't ask you to login?

Also, just to confirm you have the latest version? 2.8.0.0?

Alos, what version of windows / IE are you running?

I have the cookie set in IE. It doesn't ask me to log in.

This is 2.8.0.0 running on Win7 and IE8.

My program has not been extensively tested on Windows 7, so I need to send you a test version. I'll get it over to you tonight, it will generate more info in the log files, so I can isolate the issue.

Just something to try in the mean time:

# Right-click the application, and then click Properties.
# Click the Compatibility tab.
# Select the Run this program as an administrator checkbox, and then click OK

See if that helps.
