Theater listings with trailers

After posting my new version earlier today it does take into account getting the lowest quality (even in the instance of HD trailers) available. I originaly wanted to make it possible not to get any HD trailers at all via the config option. However after , "brief", look today it appears as though apple does not denote HD trailers as HD anywhere in the file name. A very few select ones will put "/hd/" in the directory name but most do not. But that is what I am working on for this coming weeks release.
As for the changing of the apples website. I try really hard to make my code as non specific as possible. Allowing for multiple format changes in the website. That way in the event that they do change there website it should not effect the program at all.

Testing: I like the log file Well I ran it with a number of different combinations of "trailer_quality" and "no_hd" but nothing in the log files or change in file sizes that indicates it found smaller, larger, or HD trailers... could be there were no HD trailers for the movies I was d/l'n. The file sizes were the same for both "trailer_quality=0" & "trailer_quality=-1" settings but I didn't re d/l any of the older trailers, I only d/l'd the 9 new ones that were showing up today so that I could test this

Actually I am posting up a new version now. I remembered the readme this time
Try the new version the hd paramter works now.

There was some serious programming flaws with the way I detected high and low res files. It worked just not as good as it should have. I completly rewrote that whole logic so it should be better now.

Ok should work now. Try it again. It updated the date time stamp just not the file.

Nedens..could you make it so that you can choose the quality of the HD trailers to download? I can play 720p HD trailers fine but 1080p stutters too much on my machine. Thanks for a great program!

I have run gettrailers successfully before, but I think it was with an earlier version. Anyway, this is what I'm getting when I run it now (version1.3)

I think HD trailers are designated by either a "720p" or "1080p" in the filename. For example, here are the direct links for the Superman Returns 720p and 1080p HD trailers:

I'd like to be able to set up my GetTrailersConfig.txt to just download 720p trailers because my PC can't handle 1080p. On the other hand some just may want to download 1080p trailers. If someone wanted to avoid downloading any HD trailers you could have your app skip the ones with "720" or "1080" in the filename. Thank you for your hard work! Your app is awesome!

Maybe i've not seen it correctly, but is it true that the trailer has to be on your harddisk to show it, or can you just do streaming video from apple.com?

if the trailer has to be downloaded first, is it going to be downloaded when you click the movie, or are all trailers who are available in the theatres downloaded automaticly?

I think i don't get it..
