It's now too big and breaches the forum's file size limit, even when zipped. You can d/l it from here.

The database just contains the following. I can't see where it stores some of the more subtler settings from the original tuning strings.
Code: <tuning>Iain

Just a reminder to UK DVB-S users that the BBC moved some channels about on their satellite transponders on the 15th. BBC 3, 4, News, CBBC and Cbeebies all appear to have moved.
I don't think this requires a change to the tuning info file as the transponders are the same, it's just the services they carried. Cheers Chris

I've posted another update today. This one contains a few removed transponders that aren't holding any freesat channels any more, along with two new additions that hold the latest FTA stuff from Sky: Pick TV, Challenge, and Sky News. Technically they don't join freesat until tomorrow, but they're broadcasting in the clear (with EPG data) now.

Thanks again

Update time back at post number 1.
This adds the transponder for VIVA (that went FTA today along with the Travel Channel), and also the one needed if you want to get full over-the-air EPG details from freesat with sub's new code (2.6.2 patch 3: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...arted-info). Iain

As a new NPVR users, I found this really useful. However, I spent AGES trying to figure out what to do with this file.
It would have been really helpful if the top post included a couple of lines indicating that I had to create a TUNING/DVB-S/ directory structure in the NPVR folder (it isn't there on a fresh install?) Thanks Peter

The directory and latest updated files that sub has been given should be there on a fresh install. The location varies depending on O/S. For W7
\users\public\npvr\tuning\ and there should be ATSC DVB-C DVB-S DVB-T and QAM as sub directories. Sorry, can't remember the XP location |
