I've looked in the OP and this sub-forum, but I can't find any instructions on gathering logs. What log(s) do you need? Where do I find them? This alone seems like information that could be stickied, or at least in the OP.
And, for a quality of life suggestion, please look into turning Fast-Forward and Reverse into the same 10 sec interval Netflix has. The AppleTV remote is awful for using touch to swipe forwards and backwards. Oftentimes I wind up skipping back/forward even further when I depress the remote button.
I was running 4.2.4 up until 5 minutes ago, when I installed 4.2.5. I have not tested the new behavior yet, but going by the release notes I don't expect the behavior to change.
