Downloaded VOD cannot skip ahead/FF/RW/RESUME

It is like libmediainfo isn't working for you. If you open the file in the browser do you get file information clicking the I button?

That could also explain why it is zero in the first place

That recording list is from the database, it is not clear right now why libmedianfo is not working from NextTool but it does from nrecord.

Interested that the browser can direct play the mp4 download that NextPVR remuxes to ts. That is positive.

I did notice mediainfo 24.06 is what my system is showing installed, and there appears to be a version 25.03 available. I am going to give this other version a test.

trying out on another selection.  got rid of my last two examples' ts files anyways..

I am happy to report, that worked :-)

tested seeking ff/rw/skipping ahead and resuming with the ts file.

tested resuming after renaming ts file and mp4 picked right up where the ts file left off, plus w/ 6 channel audio and subtitles :-)

Great thanks for you patience and for confirming that it works. Resuming is based on time so the container doesn't matter.

I just have to tweak things so that the file download is optional. You are correct ts files the files are transcoded to really low quality 2 channel even if they are AAC and the source is h264.

After that the command can be placed in PostVODProcessing.sh so it done with each download automatically.
