stattik,
Went through the bat file again line by line and found a typo, D: where it should have been C:. Sorry to have troubled you unnecessarily. My apologies.

I am at my wits end, I absolutely LOVE this utility, but i am having a serious issues with the avi file. The video is processing perfectly, but the audio is out of sync with the video and the amount by which it is out of sync changes ove the length of the video (ie. it is in sync for the first second, but then at the end of the 20 sec test video it is 3 second out of sync). I imagine it is a mux issue, I went through and uninstalled ffdshow and reinstalled it one codec at a time and that didn't help. I have changed every setting I can think of in the video and audio config files and I can't figue this out.
I am using Transcode 0.5.1f, K-lite codec pack 4.90, mplayer2008.02.06.Athlon-64, pthreadGC2.dll v 2.8.0.0. I have an AMD X2 64 4850e processor. And I have attached my .bat file. Please let me know if you have any ideas, any help is greatly appreciated. Oh, I have changed so many things in this bat file that I don't doubt that it is messed up.

I just realized that I should probably include the .ts and .avi files. I figure if someone can run the pillarbox fix on this video and if your AVI file doesn't mess up then it is definitely something in my muxer and not my encoder for my ts files. Let me know if I forgot anything.

Let me know if I forgot anything. It looks like you're using the FULL TS mux. The sample you provided has two video streams and multiple audio streams. The following commandline transcoded it clean: Code: D:\Progra~1\mplayer\MPlayer-rtm-svn-26446\mencoder.exe "Z:\Video\Paid Programming_20090627_13301400.ts" -edl "Z:\Video\Impact .2008. .NR\Paid Programming_20090627_13301400.edl" -sws 9 -tsprog 3 -lavdopts threads=2 -ovc xvid -xvidencopts fixed_quant=3:me_quality=6:chroma_me:noqpel:chroma_opt:vhq=4:bvhq=1:trellis:hq_ac:quant_type=mpeg:turbo:threads=2 -oac mp3lame -lameopts cbr:br=128 -af volnorm -vf pullup,softskip,field=0,scale=608:336, -fps 30000/1001 -ofps 24000/1001 -o "Z:\Video\Paid Programming_20090627_13301400-3.avi" The command in bold is what you would have to add to process your file. The other video stream was 4 (-tsprog 4). I would suggest using the TS mux and see if that works for you.

Thank you, I'll try that when I get home. I have switched my muxer to the intervideo mpg muxer since my post and I haven't had any problems processing the mpg files. But I wanted to save my daughters veggie tales that were recorded in Full TS, so THANK YOU! The little black bars were getting old, this tool is fantastic.

Hi Stattik,
Due to processor load issues I switched back to the TS Mux. I am not using the Full TS Mux per your suggestion and unfortunately I am still getting the audio sync problems. I tried -tsprog 1 through 6 to no avail, and the mencoder website said there was 65,534 possibilities, but I didn't have that kind of time ![]() I have uploaded an example file again. Any help is much appreciated. http://rapidshare.com/files/252385679/Be...00.ts.html
