need cdplayer testers

For now you have something new to work =p

With the new GB-PVR Version there is now a missing file. CD-Player aks for a ".xml" file from the folder "common dialogs".

This file seems to be gone away. I made a new (clean) install of the neweset GB-PVR and have now the Problem, that this ".xml" that your Plugin asks for, is no longer avaiable.

Btw., my wife like your plugin ^^

CD-Tray open, close, play... all is good :-D

just download video-archiver, extract the skin-file and place the common-dialog-thing in the blue skin folder. or use another skin like bluemce2, olbia, contour.....

i use the commongbpvrutilities provided by jeff and this dll needs those common dialogs for error messages. sorry!

I'm new to this forum and I’m trying some things out.
I like to use the cdplayer plugin but if I understand correctly the dll is not working with a new version of this prog.

Can you help me with this?
When I know it works I can install the cdripper

hi lipton,

i'm sorry, but as you may have noticed, i have stopped any gb-pvr-project i was working on. so there is no updates to skins and plugins and there will never be unless someone takes over the projects (like with sassari-skin).

the cdplayer-plugin worked for the old gbpvr-app and won't work with pvrx2.

as far as i know you can install some filters and play back cd's with the basic music plugin. i think, this will only work, if there are no special contents on the cd. that was the purpose of the plugin...

for cd-ripping there are a few other plugins, which work with the new version.
