I've never tried it, but I would say it's currently HTTP only.

See v3.1 on the wiki.

Hi,

There's this nice webcam in Ottawa/ON/Canada:

http://70.54.233.11/image?speed=0

But it keeps sending the data (multipart). Here:

HttpContentType = multipart/x-mixed-replace;boundary=--myboundary

Is there any chance the WebCams plugin could get the reply and read just the first image that gets sent (1st chunk in the multipart) and then close the connection? I'd be happy with just the 1st image (after all, we go back o the URL after N seconds anyway).

Thanks.

marcio

PS. I used the great/free Microsoft Network Monitor 3.1 to look at the packets.

Does anyone use this with NMT or MVP? I really like the plugin for monitoring my local security cameras, but whilst it works perfectly on the server pc, I can only seem to get the screen refreshed on the mvp/nmt clients by exiting the app and re-entering it.

What do you mean by "don't work"? No image, crash or something else?

I've just installed WebCams2 from the wiki, added "http://213.171.96.200/jpg/hugesize.jpg" as a WebCam, and it works fine.

Zip and attach your PVRX2.exe.log file and I'll take a look.
