New External App: Netflix Viewer

For my Canadian users: they apparently have opened up the API for Canada, so I have added in beta Canadian support to the latest version of the program. Please test and let me know if you have any problems.

Thanks, I finished step 1 then the program dissapeared, I opened it again and it re-ran the full dbase build, crashing at step 2 again.

Yeah that would be the completion of Step 1. Step 2 is supposed to be where the star ratings are downloaded, but I obviously have an issue with it. I need to send you a test version, I'll get one out tonight.

oh yah forgot to mention the installer needs updating, the dbase builder link in the start menu is broken, I'm guessing its built into the desktop exe now.

Thanks for the heads up, I have fixed it for the next release. Here is the tesxt version, please let me know if this works.

its taking a lot longer now, 2400 titles downloaded so far out of over 10,000, 38 min into step 1. Last version it only took an hour for all of step 1. It could be that netflix's server is slowing down now that their canadian api is out?

Must be something wrong with the connection, it should take about an hour if you have a 3Mb/s connection, less if you have a faster connection.

your right, I didn't realize the dbupdate used so much bandwidth, had nexflix going in the other room, I'll post back with the results tomorrow

The builder still disappears after step 1. The database is still empty although now it gives more log output, movieinfo.ntf is 344KB after the builder disappears, I am using the _canada.ntf for my initial run. I could send my database if that would help.
