Trouble with MCE IR Blaster and Remote ATI Pro 550

Hi All,

I am new to the forum and just installed the GBPVR. Install went good, except I can't get 2 features to work. I think they are both related to the IR Blaster not functioning.

1. I cannot get the MCE Remote to change channels. The channels change when I press the buttons (You can see it when channel overlay is on), however the channels don't change on my external tuner. (Using an external Comcast Digital Tuner) I assume the IR Blaster isn't working.

2. The IR Blaster won't change channels when I schedule a recording on a different channel.

I am using the ATI Theater 550 Pro card. I have chosen the MCE IR Blaster for the channel changer. I have created a device profile for my IR Blaster and trained it with my cable remote. Still no dice. I did some searching, but came up blank. Any help is appreciated.

You could try setting up the IR Blaster with HIP. Search the forums for "hipsend"
