web interface quit working

When I try to use the gbpvr web admin, by accessing http://localhost:7647/gbpvr/guide.aspx , I get the following error page:

I've checked in the config app, and the webserver is enabled.

I am using GBPVR v0.96.12, and the enhanced web admin v35

I reinstalled the enhanced web admin, and it is now working again. I guess something must have gotten borked.

I had to do this recently when the stats page went boom, but I am using the latest releases of the webadmin from the wiki so I guess I probably deserve it.
