Net Radio Error

When I try to use the Net Radio plugin, I get the following error:

I haven't used it for a while, and I didn't have any favourites. I tried re-installing, but it didn't help.

I have attached all of the logs.

Do you have any files in C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\Net Radio?
