Hey Folks.

I was wondering if you can tell me whether or not this card is compatible with gbpvr, as i'd really like to use it. If so, what steps do i need to take in setting it up, as no matter what i do, i can't seem to get it to work Sad

Scott.

That card does not have harware mpeg encoding, as I understand it. You might be able to get it to work with the software recorder plugin. Normanr actually wrote that for the LifeView FlyTV Prime 34, so...

Sorry, I can't find any info on that card on jetway's site, so I can't tell you more than you already know. That encoder generates mpeg 4/2/1 & AVI, doesn't say much, the question is whether it is a hardware encoder or a software encoder. If it is hardware encoder, you might be able to get it to work with gbpvr after some fiddling with graphedit, otherwise you might get it to work with the Software Recorder Plugin I referred to in my first post in this thread.

Yeah, i can't get it to tune in either, just whacky blue/green pictures even though the audio is fine. I'll stick with the LifeView card and try to get that setup, as the pictures as awesome through it Smile

Do you have time to lend a hand in helping me try to set it up? Tongue Shoot me a message on MSN if you do Big Grin (Account: sc0tt@x0f.org).

I appreciate your help greatly Smile

Sorry, I have no clue whatsoever how the Software Recorder works. Try reading the thread, and if you still wonder how to do it, post a question in that thread. Good luck! Smile
