Flat Blue High Visibility skin update

Just to let you know that I have updated this skin to the 97.7 version on the wiki. I have had a few problems with the latest GB-PVR release, so am personally currently running only with the standard blue skin and without plugins etc. until everything is fine, which is why the update has taken this long.

The skin update should work OK, as I have duplicated all of sub’s latest skin changes, but if any of the plugin skins don’t work perfectly, let me know.

Thanks tieke, I use this as my normal skin. It works great with small screens and with big screens, distance, and old people who need glasses.

Great to hear about this update... Flat Blue-HV is my preferred skin but I thought that it might have been abandoned! I concur with lingenfr's comments concerning demographics... I have a small screen TV and am indeed an old guy who wears glasses :-)
