Wont run after plugin install

Evening All,
I can’t get gbpvr to run after installing Base Skin, Required plugging and various utilities, Daemon tools ECT. It worked fine before using my Hauppauge 1300 MCE, Leadtec 6600gt, MSI NVIDIA nfource4 sli. Now GB-PVR starts up base skin and the entire menu appears, with all plug-in icons. These can be scrolled with the mouse and remote and selected and viewed but after about 30-40 seconds an error message appears saying the program has to close. I have tried running without base skin (changing it to blue) and turning off pluggins as well as tried lots of different configuration settings and checked all files, removed reinstall, repair install, but still have the same problem.

I think it may have something to do with the files in the main gb pvr folder, There are a lot of files not accosted with any programs - upgrade.sql.done, asyncflt.ax, bda.grf, Deinterlace.ax, empty.db3, GBPVRWriter.ax, PsiParser.ax, PSP.THM, recording-dump.xml.bak, scflt.ax, THPsiParser.ax, WSTSRTAnalog.ax, WSTSRTDigital.ax, PriorityRecordings.xsd.

There are also some associated with Microsoft access.

I really hope someone can help, this is driving me Nuts.

Based on the error message you posted above, it looks like something is going wrong with the OleDB database layer on your machine. Seems funny it'd only affect this though, and the rest of the app would be alright.

You could always try switching to the SQLite database, since this doesnt us ethe OleDB provider thats giving you these error messages.

What sort of problem do you think it could be with the OleDB?
Would i have to configure the programs or just load on SQLite?

How Can it be a problem with the Ole db when it worked fine before the plugins, and now dosent work with the plugins switched off and the defult skin?

I have downloaded sqlite database but still the same.

You dont need to download anything to use SQLite. Just run the included Change Database utility thats included with GB-PVR.
