New Skin: BlueMCE2

just uploading a new version, try with this one! i added the popup to the recordings-screen and to baseskin.xml for the archiver. i couldn't find the proper archiver-skin-file for the popup so i hope, the baseskin will do.

danka made some changes to main menu, tv-guide and recordings-screen. they are now "inset-enabled" ;-)

I don't know if this had already been done, but I made a slight change to recordings\skin.xml. This was not in my version that I downloaded from the wiki. I added the channel information from the Blue skin that comes with Gbpvr as shown in the picture.

dottore - the wiki shows the last update release was back in Januray, is there an update to BlueMCE2 for the latest version of GBPVR? Just curious as I really like the BlueMCE2 skin ...

it works with the latest release. i somehow forgot to add version information. will do that when the wiki is up at normal speed ;-)

Have you tried the BaseSkin with a MCE2blue ThemePack ?
Should be almost identical with the MCE2Blue skin.
Try it and tell me what you think and what adjustment you would like to see.

thanks, i installed it. the standard GBPVR modules appear the same (except the OSD, which looks unchanged), but Video Archive looks different (though i can't remember exactly how, should have taken a screenshot) and the latest MyMusic doesn't appear to work on my system. if this is not a common situation i will dig through the logs for the offending evidence.

I only use News and Weather plugins. I dont have the motivation to maintain all the different plugins. It is up to the plugin users to to keep them up to date.

i didn't even manage to update olbia to the new release (which i have not installed yet) and i have absolute zero time left for bluemce2 and the cd-player-plugin.

i'm sorry... maybe the baseskin-skins and the bluemce2-skin could be merged into the baseskin for best plugin compatibility.
