Thanks CodeMonkey, will download the new plugin tonight. I think there might be a problem with the Weather Plugin when using the MVP. I have had the MVP crash to "contacting server" a couple of times while trying to enter the weather screen. I am not totally sure that it is the plugin, as I was having some problems with skipping ahead on a prerecorded video before I tried to go the weather plugin, so that could have been the problem. I will try to identify a repeatable process and report back.

Sub,

Great progress.  I had not played with GB-PVR since before version 15.  My current setup is Sage TV as the scheduling and recording engine using 2 Hauppauge 250's, and 2 MVP's as the clients.  This setup is very stable, but is not that convenient as shows can only be scheduled or deleted from the computer, not from the clients.  I love your integration with the MVP and I think with a few additional features, I will be ready to scrap Sage TV.  Here are a couple of suggestions (this probably belongs in the Wishlist Forum, sorry):

1.  Ability to manually adjust the end time for recordings setup through the EPG.  In the case of Sports recordings, I always add 20 - 30 minutes to allow for overtime.  (Critical during NHL playoffs).

2.  Volume control while listening to Music or Net Radio.  (maybe this is already possible, but I couldn't figure it out)

3.  Music Playlists.

4.  Picture viewing.

5.  Search for shows to record.

I am sure some of these are already on your list, 2 most critical for me are #1 & #3 above.  I am also curious how you handle recording conflicts.  Specifically if a show is scheduled to record (in my case 2 shows as I have 2 capture cards) and you try to watch live TV, what will happen?  Again great stuff.

No, but I guess I could go into some redneck bar around here and get clobbered. [Image: biggrin.gif]

Since my artistic skills haven't improved since I was 4 years old, do you really want me to do that? [Image: biggrin.gif]
