Fusion HDTV 5 analog

I realize that the analog tuner is not supported, however wondering if there is any way to hack in recording from the analog tuner of a Fusion HTDV 5 Gold (PCI), e.g. use WDM and SoftwareEncoding? How would the analog channel be selected?

If someone has gotten this to work, any pointers would be appreciated. Or if someone that knows better tells me it is impossible, that would save me an attempt to fiddle.

How would the analog channel be selected?

Just like any other capture device, the channels will show up in the tv guide or in other channel lists shown in GB-PVR.
