I'm a bit confused looking at the logs you posted. It looks like it is doing its thing correctly. Immediately after the doing the EPG update it is working its way through the of your season recordings scheduling any new episodes.
Here is the bit for Good Eats: Quote:6/25/2006 22:05:53.765 VERBOSE [11] RecordingFactor.ScheduleSeasonRecordings(58, Good Eats) In STEP1, it takes a note of the show identifiers of each of the recordings it already has. This is all recordings, not just Good Eats. In STEP2, it works its way through all shows in your EPG with the correct show title, and either schedules them or skips them. In your logs it looks like it skipped all it found because they were either already scheduled or already recorded. No new episodes were scheduled in that specific EPG update's logs for Good Eats.

I don't understand then....cause I see the duplicate episodes in the web admin interface. Are the UID's not unique or does that matter anymore?

Do you see them when you look with the GB-PVR Recordings screen?

I do. There is a conflict present that is a duplicate of another scheduled recording

I just looked in your database. I can see one conflict for Good Eats, but that conflicts with an episode of South Park, not another episode of Good Eats.

No, I know but it's a duplicate of another Good Eats episode.

If thats the case, we didnt catch the problem occuring in the log above. When it happens we'll see a "- scheduling this episode" message instead of the "- skipping episode" messages above.
If you the recording service logs again tomorrow, I'll take another look. Quote:It's okay. Don't worry about it ^_^ And, thanks for working on it for so long. Its no hassle. If there is a bug, I'd like to get to the bottom of it.
