Reverting to Default Skin after reboot?

I modified the TV Guide portion of the default skin, and it works great.

Unfortunately, sometimes when I reboot my computer, GBPVR reverts to the old TV Guide skin? Then I have to restore from a backup to get my modified skin back. It's a real hassle.

How can I get GBPVR to stop restoring the default skin?

The Windows Installer may be "repairing" what it sees as a damaged installation. You could always copy the Blue directory to a new one called MyBlue, then modify that.
