comskip doesnt find commercials

I'm not sure what I'm missing, but I have comskip in my gbpvr dir, it runs, it generates the .log, .logo.txt, and also an empty .txt file for all the show I've recorded. In the past (previous install) the program easily skipped the commercials, but today's did not.

I understand comskip didn't find the commercials, but would you have any idea why?
