Sub has put the instructions in here somewhere but basically if you have the mediamvp software installed then install the latest GBPVR then it will have taken a copy of the dongle.bin file.

All you need to do then is make sure all the hauppauge software for the MVP is not running, then start up GBPVR MVP. Turn on your MediaMVP box and away you go.

If you have a firewall on your PC, you may need to give GBPVR access to a few different ports. If you don't know what these are let me know and I'll dig them out for you,

Cheers,

Since I use this new version my Jukebox plugin (v5) won't work on my MVP (It does on the computer). The database wil build, and it seems the track's are playing, just don't hear anything. When I use the music library it works also fine on the MVP but after trying the Jukebox plugin the sound is also gone till I restart the programm on the computer. I hope you can use this comment to improve your great program!

I didn't actually write the Jukebox plugin so I'm not that familiar with it, but I'll try and find some time to take look at it and work out what is causing problems when used on the MVP.

Fons, I assume you're trying to play normal MP3 files? I've just tried the Jukebox myself and seems to be play songs OK on my MVP. The menus are a little slow when the jukebox is playing, but other than that I didn't encounter any problems.

Hi,

if I resume play on a large file mpeg2 after having watched an hour or so the programm hangs on the resume-screen (MVP). May be this is this as well the integer overflow error you had with the FF.

Since your last update the prog crashes less. But before it would always give me an error message (.NET). Now it might just sit there , sometimes even go the display of the main menue, but without any reaction to the remote control.

Keep up the excellent work,

Yes normal mp3 files, and the file's played well in the previous version of GB-PVR(0.18l) with the jukebox (v5) plugin. They also play well on the MVP in the 0.19.3 version when i choose them in the music library! Even on the PC they play in the jukebox which is verry stange i think.

Regards Fons
