Hauppauge Tweak Tool

I am unable to unrar the latest version from http://www.cask-of-amontillado.com/pvr_tweak.html.

Is it just me or can anyone else confirm the archive is corrupt or something...

The zip file opens ok here.

For some reason I have the same problem if I download using explorer. Try installing Firefox and then see if the zip file is ok or not. Firefox seems to allow me to download things intact more so than IE does.
