Bad click at start of audio tracks with MVP

Hello

Does anyone else have this problem. I have high quality encoded mp3s which I play through the mvp. Quite often there is a loud click at the start of a track which can't be good for my stereo. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any solutions? e.g. different dongle (I am using the default dongle at present). Is it possible to reduce the pause between tracks as well?

I know what you mean. When it happens I always think: find out what's happening but then I always forget about it . I'll try tomorrow and see if I can reproduce anything. Btw are you sure it hapens at the beginning, I thought it happened at the end:confused: . Well that's an understandable mistake, probably on my side.

Aha, someone with good memory
I guess it's the same problem. It seems I was right after all that the click was at the end of a song, maybe when there is a cut frame at the beginning it does the same:confused: . It doesn't bother me enough though to check out my complete music collection (over 7000 songs at the moment), maybe it can be automated.

Yes I read these links too. I would like to fix the problem. I wonder if there is a program that could batch process all my music files to remove this splt frame? Perhaps I should try experimenting with different dongles first though.

Similar experience on my installation with Music Library 2. I do not hear the abrupt click, but on the MVP the next song seems to start before the previous has ended. So the changes are rather abrupt and unpleasant. On the PC (via remote console) the change from one song to the next is much smoother. I would think this has something todo with settings or the MVP software itself, so I am not yet inclined to fiddle with individual tracks.
