problems configing channels

All,
I am trying to setup GBPVR for the first time, I have an HVR1300.
After doing an inital scan and mapping for digital channels, if I try and run the mappings again, I get an error saying "unable to start the BDA device, check it is configured and not in use". I then have to delete the capture card and start mappings all over again. Is there any way to fix this ??

You might want to take a look at this thread http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=16824.

Looks like there is a channel scanning bug in 97.9 related to using the DVR-MS mux. Sub is aware of it and apparently scanning works with the cyberlink mux.
