Ok I just recorded stargate SG-1 on Sci-Fi. Now I watched it as well, so I deleted the recording. Now whenever I go to the tv guide to try and watch a show, I will click on a show and no matter what it will always go to the sci-fi channel.

My second question is pretty simple. I just want to know what to plug into my hauppauge 150 to get audio. I saw in the manual where audio-in is at, but am not sure what to plug in there.

I got it to work with just the regular TV cable but the quality is crap. Anyway to set it up to have GB use the tv cable for audio and S-video for video? Come oen guys I am really desperate here.

The PVR150 MCE model has normal RCA cables for audio (red/white plugs).

The PVR150 retail model typically needs an adapter like this: http://www.dse.co.nz/cgi-bin/dse.storefr...View/P6679, or you can get cables that do the same job (http://www.dse.co.nz/cgi-bin/dse.storefr...iew/C0588).

That adapter should do fine, but the link to those cables is not working. Thanks Sub!

It was just the bracket on the end of my URL above that was getting in the way - http://www.dse.co.nz/cgi-bin/dse.storefr...View/C0588

Looks like the adapter is the best/cheapest way to go. Thanks so much guys. Now I just need to figure out why it wont let me change channels. Also is there a way to manually input a satellite channel? I have subscribed to local channels on my dish network, and would like to be able to view them.

If you're using a dish set top box, then your PVR150 card will only be able to receive the channel it is currently tuned to. You can add an IR Blaster to you setup so that GB-PVR can tell the set top box to change channels as needed.

Ah, I thought getting that zap2it thing allowed you to bypass the use of a remote.

I am having trouble setting up my remote. It gives me only two codes, and neither work. Anything I can do to find out the problem?

I assume you're talking about trying to configure your PVR150 IR Blaster in the Hauppauge BlastCfg app? If your set top box isnt one of those listed, you'll probably need to email Hauppauge and ask if it can be added.
