manual adjustment of channel frequency?

Hi,
I'm running 97.13 with a PVR-150 on an analog cable connection; for some reason, after a recent reinstall, local channel 7 (abc) lost audio in liveTV. Picture quality is good, but I've tried reloading EPG, rescanning channels, updating Hauppauge drivers, and using the tuner wizard, still no sound on this channel only.

I'm hoping a slight frequency bump might fix this. Is there any way to shift the frequencies manually? Preferably while running liveTV or even WinTV (same issue under this app).

Yes. Whether you can duriong DURING LiveTV I don't know. Needs either a registry edit (see links below) OR you can do a prelim test by simply typing the frequencies into the config (EDIT RECORDING SOURCE SCREEN) in PLACE OF the Channel Numbers. That will also work.
