UbuStream plugin update for 97.13 release

A new version (v1.6) of the UbuStream plugin for use with GB-PVR 97.13 is now available on the wiki. This version upgrades the UbuStreamCmd executable to work correctly with the new version of the SQLite dll (1.0.30.1). This is only required for those using UbuStream in channel mode. If you are using UbuStream in list mode only, v1.5 is already compatible with 97.3 so upgrading to 1.6 is not strictly neccessary.

UbuStreamCmd.exe is the only component changed in this release so, for existing v1.5 users, copying this executable file from the zip archive to the gbpvr directory (folder) is all that is required.

UbuStreamCmd is a console app and does not have a UI component so this release has no skin impact. In general, I test the UbuStream plugin using the default Blue skin and leave it up to all you brilliant skinners to port it to other skins. The UI hasn't caused any problems up to now that I'm aware of but, if there are any changes I should make to the skin xml to make it conform to any new standards, please let me know and I'll incorporate them into the next release.
