I can access webadmin within my GBPVR computer but not from 2 other computers with the LAN. I am changing localhost to the IP of the computer.

http://localhost:7647/gbpvr/guide.aspx works on GBPVR computer.
http://ip:7647/gbpvr/guide.aspx does not work on a different computer within my LAN.

What can be the cause?

Have you tried temporarily disabling your Firewall to isolate that as a cause?

Do you have a static or dynamic ip address? Have you checked out Dyndns.org?

Are you able to ping the GBPVR PC from the other machines?

Also, make sure that Windows Firewall is configured to let you in from other pc's.

Works fine for me, although I thought it didn't for a moment - I have a full EPG and notice it is somewhat slower to the first display than the old access databse version

That was it. I should have been able to figure that out myself, but I couldn't. Thanks a million.
