That particular device already has the correct bda.ini settings. Try to do the scan again, then zip and attach your config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log and I'll take a look.
I've just installed the Freecom BDA Drivers that were released yesterday and everytime I try to configure GB-PVR to use the Freecom DVB-T USB V2 I get this exception:

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach your config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log and I'll take a look.
That log doesnt show the error. You need to post the log immediately after the error occurs. If you restart the config app, the log file is overwritten, which is what I think happened here.
It sounds like your bda.ini file is not present, or damged (or possibly the BDA directory). I'd uninstall, delete the c:\programfiles\devnz directory, then reinstall and try to set it up again.
