.m3u files no longer playing in 97.13

I have upgraded to 97.13 and being a bit of a non-standard user I use my GBPVR more for music and video playback rather then watching and recording TV. I went to listen to one of my set lists I was able to in the older version, and was unable to. It did not give an error or crash, just seemed like it didn't recognize the file. I am using Music Library that is built into GBPVR, as this worked fine before. I searched and found similar issues but with the other plugins, so forgive me if I missed this solution. Any help would be much appreciated.

This is a known bug in the new Music Library. If you need to, you can still use the old music library instead by setting <UseNewStyleRecordInLiveTv>false</UseNewStyleRecordInLiveTv> in config.xml

I just tried this out and didn't have an effect, not to question you, but the RecordLiveTV variable has something to do with .m3u playback?
