Error 1935: Installation assembly error

I'm trying to install ( not upgrade) release 9713. I get an error that states:

Error 1935. An error occured during the installation of assembly.

It then gives a long error string that I can't decipher. Any one else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Do you have the required .net 2.0 runtime installed?

Oops! I'm installing on a new computer and forgot about the .net runtime requirements. Thanks! Smile
