Play recordings 97.13 crashes

I have installed the 9713 version and when I try to playback recordings I get the message GBPVR.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. The funny thing is if I don't respond to this it continues to play.

Thanks for the link unfortunately it didn't fit my problem. I have no plugins and have the defaults for remote set under misc.

Do you have "use direct access to hauppauge remote" enabled in config-misc. I remember I (and others) had the error when this setting was enabled. I thought it was fixed but I'm not sure. If enabled just disable it, you don't need it.
