Upgraded to .98.08 - now video is very choppy when starting LiveTV

Yes, I am having this problem too, I will try the patch, if not i'll downgrade

Update: the patch helped, but did not completely fix the problem. The live tv recording hiccups for about the first 30 seconds or so of live tv.

I really didn't have as much of a problem with livetv to say, but it was "timeshifting" recording that seemed to hiccup while I was watching liveTV. With the patch I haven't had a chance to watch livetv with timeshifting on

Oh.. sorry if I was vague.. by "LiveTV" i meant watching TV in timeshifting mode.. (the other way is "live preview" i suppose)

well the patch didn't help with the problem . I would downgrade except I can see myself using the built-in client/server functionality.... decisions.. decisions...
