MVP Overscan only during video playback

This is new, all of the sudden. Still using 96.12. The MVP screens view fine and are well adjusted using the MVP Screen Pos plugin, but when I playback any video the bottom and right of the screen are being cutoff. For instance, I recorded a movie off of the AMC channel and I can only see to half of the AMC screen logo which translates to a few inches.

The movie appears fine on the computer when played through GBPVR.

Have you tried removing the power from the MVP? From time to time there are reports of the MVP's video playback getting stuck in some time of zoomed mode.

This just happend to me on 0.98 as well. I am power cycling my MVP as we speak (type)...

WTF. In the future, I will start troubleshooting by unpluging and THEN spending a few hours toying with the config.xml.

Both my MVP's have been doing this for the past 2 1/2 or so years. I just recycle the power on them to get them back. It is a pain, but the MVP's boot up much nicer now, prior to 0.98 it was hit or miss if I would have to spend hours trying to get my MVP's to load the dongle.

I noticed it happening to me after the upgrade to 98.8.

It never occurred to me that a cold boot would fix it, I'll give that a shot...
