The Talpa program scheduling however was wrong with Amontillado's tvgids_to_xml, but after changing in the ini file channel 89 in 92 the programming content of Talpa seems correct now.

ini file dates back to the time that talpa wasn't listed on tvgids site. updated it.

(ps... first update in more then a year, we should be thankful to tvgids site that they stopped changing the html code every week or so )

Hey Amontillado nice to see you here. You mentioned an update is that a recent one?
I had problems recently, mostly with ned2 and ned3. Wrong dates or times in the xml-files. I'm not sure but it seems the problems are gone now.

I noticed that the final xml file (TVGids) contains an invalid character, but Clean.XMLTV corrected that file for me. Except cleaning the output of Amontillado's grabber are a few directions on http://www.prize.nl/software/pvr/dutch.html IHMO not necessary today.

After changing "Eén" (belgie 1) in "Een" in the ini file, the final output (TVGids) of Amontillado's grabber contain no invalid characters. That means I can use now the native output of Amontillado's grabber. The use of the published workarounds isn't (in my case) necessary.

Nup, just meant the updated ini, no need for an update since for as far as I know there are no problems anymore.

Amontillado's tvgids_to_xml gives 7 days with descriptions and genre(if you want). TVxB only gives 3 days with limited descriptions. I had some problems with tvgids_to_xml lately but they seem to be gone.

Edit: with tvgids_to_xml you dl a full week and after that you only dl today (0) and day 6, every day. That keeps the strain down on the xmltv-server

PS: xmltv tv_grab_nl loads either from September 13th no full week downloads of TV Programs (Sept. 18th is the last day so far)

This isn't caused by upgrading GBPVR to 98.08?
It happened to me: I upgraded,had some problems, so I did a clean install and forgot to backup updateepg.bat. I don't know if you are using that.
I'm updating the epg right now, it seems to work ok.

I still use GB-PVR v0.97.13 and Amontillado's tvgids_to_xml. Nothing is changed. The problem suddenly appears from September 13th.
