wiki troubles

i'm having awful trouble trying to see the wiki. It seems every time I want to check something in the documentation or read about a plugin, the wiki url just sits there and eventually times out. This has been happening for days, on multiple computers and in different browsers. Has there been something going on, or am I just bad-lucking it?
