MusicLibrary2 & gbpvr98.8 & mvp

Hello,

since upgrading to gbpvr 98.8 I have had the following problems with musiclibrary2

I only ever use musiclibrary2 in random mode on my mvp

I have it set to automatically select 30 mins of audio at a time and when that has run out to continue and select another 30mins

Usually I start the plugin wait for it to select the random music and then move to the playlist screen and leave it there, but since the upgrade it no longer stays on the playlist screen, but jumps back to the library screen.

It also does not start a new random selection when the existing selection has finished

the behaviour is the same with the blue skin and the countourhc skin

Anybody else seen this behaviour or got any suggestions as to its resolution

sorry chap, just tested it here for you and it's working fine - so probably not specifically related to .98.
Try taking the plugin out and reinstalling it (back up your database first...).

Did you try it on an MVP or just on the PC ?

tkgafs, I haven't explicitly tested it, but i don't see why it would have changed. I haven't touched that random code since I fixed those problems for you.

I'll try and test tomorrow, since the mvp is being used at the moment by the wife....

I have only part of your problem. (See my sig for the configuration)
1) On the MVP ML2 runs fine
2) On the console of GBPVR server ML2 runs fine (contourHC)
3) On GBPVR PC-client with the standard Blue skin ML2 just does one run of random songs and than stops with an empty list
4) On GBPVR PC-client with skin ContourHC ML2 won't start at all

Because of other priorities, as a workaround I am presently listening via remote console on configuration 2)

This is most odd on my pc ml2 plays fine, but on the mvp I get the one run of random songs then it stops with an empty playlist just as you get in number 3

my workaround has been to change the length of time ml2 chooses music from 30mins to 4 hours which covers most evenings listening
