MusicLibrary2 crashes PVRX2

I just installed MusicLibrary2 (6.5) for the first time and cannot seem to get it working. Configuring it works, but when I started I get the following exception:

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Since I'm a first time user, I'm probably doing something wrong, but I just can't figure it out. I have attached the complete error message, the logs and my configuration. Any help is much appreciated.
