A coworker won a PSP off a Dr. Pepper cap and I almost convinced him of using GBPVR to record shows and transcode to PSP format. He didn't like having to place a PC next to the digital cable box to control it with the IR Blaster. If the IR Blaster had an internal transceiver that forwarded the signal wirelessly over RF to a remote 'beanbag' to the STB he would have gone with that and an MVP. Like a remote extender that X10 and Terk sell, but integrated. If they had something like that more people would go for a GBPVR or MediaCenter setup.
