Recording list gone after upgrade from ver 96 to ver 98

Good evening all--

I upgraded to ver 98 so that the Weather plug-in would work properly again, along with the requisite upgrade to .Net 2.0 and the latest Xrecord, along with the config.xml tweak for Access.

After a bit of fine-tuning and struggling through some error messages, everything seems to be working well going forward, but none of my past recordings are listed in Recordings. They're still on the hard drive, so I can play them using Video Library, but I'm wondering what I've done wrong (and if there's an easy recovery method).

It usually retains them during the upgrade, but there is always the potential for something to go wrong unexpectedly, which is why I say people should back up there config.xml and database file.

All I can really suggest is uninstalling, deleting the GB-PVR directory, then reinstalling v0.96, restoring your original config.xml and database file, then trying the upgrade again.
