quick question on recrording sizes

I just downloaded gbpvr today and am using a hauppage 350 card. My operating system is windows media center 2005. The size of my recorded files is horrible were talking like 50 gb for 1 hour show. Is this normal how do i change this what seetings do i look for.

It sounds like you've got your capture source setup for the wrong type of card. I suspect you left it set as the default PVR150, which causes the behaviour you describe.
