Last few scheduled recording failed/did not record

As the title suggests i have been having some problems with recording the past little while. i have attached the recording log.

i have not upgraded any elements to my gbpvr, so nothing jumps out to why this is happening.

It looks like the USB-UIRT locked up while trying to send the first of three digits (210). A couple of other people have had this same problem recently. I'm not sure of the cause of it.
